Provencal style
The Provencal style brings to the interior the light and warmth of the picturesque southern France. The dominating colors are: sunset yellow, azure, soft violet and white. This style also includes the idyllic wooden furniture typical of Provence and the cabinet fronts e.g. in the kitchen are often being replaced by cretonne curtains. The wrought iron is also often used for manufacturing furniture. The interiors are complemented by trinkets and adornments – usually made of faience, wood or stone – and bunches of dry herbs.
